Refund policy

Damaged or lost orders: If your poster arrives damaged, or your package is lost in the mail, email us at tomcapsdesigns@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo, for damage). We will send a free replacement.

Returns and exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at tomcapsdesigns@gmail.com to start a return.

Custom orders: Custom orders are final sale.

Cancellations: You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be printing.
